Boykin - 1913 ==================================================================== MARY A. BOYKIN - Will - Probated June 15th 1908 I, MARY A. BOYKIN of Gadsden Crockett County Tennessee do make and publish this as my last will and Testament hereby revoking any and all Wills made by me heretofore. 1st: I direct that all my debts be payed by my executrix as soon after my death as possiable. 2nd: I direct that my daughter, MRS. DOUGLASS SPIVY and my Grand daughter FANNIE T. SPIVY who is with me now to have absolutely all of my lands & property, Two hundred and twenty four acres, Situated in Woodruff County Arkansas about two miles North East of the town of McCrory known as the MARY SEAMEAS farm. 3d: I appoint my daughter JIMMIE LOU SPIVY Executrix she is to have controol of it as long as she lives except to Sell it, and she must let FANNIE have a support out of the proceeds of the place during her life, and at her death, FANNIE SPIVY is to have all control of the place, keep it in good repair as long as she lives and at her death it is to be put up at the highest bidder, and sold and equally devided between her Sisters and Brothers. BOYKIN of Crockett County Tennessee being of sound mind and in reasonable good health make this instrument of writing my last Will and testament Revoking and making Void any and all other wills I may have made. First: I want all of my Just debts paid out of the first money comming into the hands of my Executors after my death. Secondly: I give five (5) dollars each to my three Daughters namely MRS. FLORENCE R. RICHARDSON, MRS. MARIA E. SULLIVAN and MRS. SARAH C. IVY. 3rd: I give to my two Grandsons Viz. HUGH N. SULLIVAN and GEORGE B. LINN Jointly all of my Real Estate now owned by me consisting of a tract of land of 156 acres more or less, lying and being in the Second District of Crockett County Tennessee meats and bounds of said tract of land can be established by my origonal Deeds &C 4th: I want all of my personal property sold and the proceeds equally divided between my three Daughters unless said personal property can be satisfactory distributed between them. 5th: I hereby appoint HUGH N. SULLIVAN and GEORGE B. LINN my Executors and without Bond 6th: In giving my land above mentioned to my Grand Sons HUGH N. SULLIVAN and GEORGE B.
