William Hendricks Will Probated January Term 1873 See Minute Book A page 144 I WILLIAM HENDRICK of the County of Gibson and State of Tennessee being of sound mind and memory, do this twenty second day of October in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and sixty, make and publish this my last will and testament in manner following: First I give and bequeath to ARON SANDERS his heirs and assigns forever the forty two acres and one half of an acre of land that was conveyed to me by G. B. H. COOP it being the same on which he the said ARON SANDERS now resides. Second I give and bequeath to my Brother JOEL HUMPHREY HENDRICK his heirs and assigns forever all the right title and interest that I have in the land that belongs to the Estate of my Father JOHN HENDRICK decd. Third I give and bequeath to my beloved wife RACHEL HENDRICK her heirs and assigns forever, the tract of land on which I now reside containing ninety seven acres and one half of an acre and I also give to my wife RACHEL HENDRICK and her heirs forever all the remainder of my property not already above devised. C. F. and J. R. B. SANDERS als sons of AARON SANDERS to belong to them at the time the youngest boy becomes of age I also will at my death to R. M. Y.
