Minute Book "9" Page ___ Will Sept. 18th 1915 I DANIEL RICHARDSON of my own free will and accord, freely, Voluntarily and understandingly without Compulsion or Constraint from any person whomsoever, I do hereby and herewith Give and Convey unto BETTIE BOOZY my Niece and adopted Daughter and her Husband WILLIAM BOOZY my Entire Estate Consisting of Personal Property and real Estate, it is for the Love and Good Will that I have for BETTIE BOOZY my Niece and adopted Daughter and WILLIAM BOOZY her husband, that I Give convey and hereby transfer unto them and their heirs and assigns all my Realty and Personal Property to have to hold forever Said BETTIE & WILLIAM BOOZY are to pay all my Funeral & Burial Expenses this is my last Will and testament I am in my right mind comprehend and know what I am doing, all writings manuscripts or testaments that are executed before the date of this will are null and void and shall be of no effect. W. RICHARDSON, do make and publish this my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former will by me at any time Made. FIRST ITEM: To my beloved wife MINNIE N. RICHARDSON, I give, devise and bequeath, my home place in Gadsden, all my household and kitchen furnature and the proceeds of a life insurance policy of two thousand dollars carried by me in the Union Central Life Insurance Company. SECOND ITEM; To my daughter NINA YOUNG, for and during her life and at her death to go to her heirs, I give devise and bequeath a one third intrest in the W. W. WILLIAMS farm in Madison and Crockett Counties, containing three hundred acres, the CHARLES BEDFORE farm of 62 acres in the 3rd district of Crockett County, and the Brick house on Qunicny Street, in the town of Gadsden, (the two-story brick building). THIRD ITEM; To my daughter QUEETE HEGLER, I give, devise and bequeath, a one third interest in the W. W. WILLIAMS farm mentioned in the second item, for and during her life, and at her death said intrest to go to her heirs. FOURTH ITEM: I give, devise and bequeath to my son, C. W. RICHARDSON, in trust for my daughter QUEETE HEGLER, the proceeds of a life insurance policy carried by me in the Pacific Insurance Co. for two thousand dollars, The trustee is directed to pay said funds to my said daughter as follows: Ten per cent. of the amount each year until the full sum has been paid to her. FOURTH ITEM; To my son C. W. RICHARDSON, I give, devise and bequeath, a one third interest in the W. W. WILLIAMS farm above mentioned, and the two new brick buildings on Main Street in Gadsden, Tenn. FIFTH ITEM: The remainder of my property of what character soever, after my debts are settled, is to be equally devided between by three children, C. W. RICHARDSON, NINA YOUNG and QUEETE HEGLER; should either of them die before my estate is distributed, the portion of such one is to go to his or her heirs. If at the death of my wife MINNIE N. RICHARDSON, any of the property devised to her, either real or perdonal, has not been disposed of, the same is to be equally devided between my said children or their heirs if any have died. SISTH ITEM: I nominate my son C. W. RICHARDSON, as Executor of this my last will and testament. In testimony of all of which, I hereunto set my hand this, the 20th day of December, 1913. W. W. Know all men by these present that I, ROBERT RICHARDSON, of Crockett County Tennessee, do hereby make and publish this as my last will and testament, revoking all others heretofore made by me. First, I direct my Executor hereinafter named to pay my funeral expenses. Second, I give to my beloved wife for and during her life the property that I may own that is exempt from execution to-gether with a home-stead and dower interest in my land that she would be entitled to under the law, for and during her natural life, and at her death then, it is to all go to my son, ILAR. Third, I give to my daughter ADA RIDDICK, $5.00 Fourth, I give to my daughter IDA AGEE, $5.00 Fifth, I give to my daughter, ESTELLE AGEE, $5.00 Sixth, I give to my daughter, VILLA CLIMER, $5.00 Seventh, I give to my son, ILAR RICHARDSON, all of my other property, both real and personal, money, notes, crops, if any be growing at my death, and the reversonary interest in the home-stead and dower hereingiven to my wife. The reason why I only give each of my daughters $5.00 is that they are all married and have a home, and my son has no land or home. Two City of Humboldt, Tennessee bonds $1,000.00 each par value. Fifty shares of stock in the STRATTON-WARREN Hardware Co. of Memphis, Tennessee. Three County of Gibson, Tennessee bonds $1,000.00 each par value. My diamond ring. The $4000.00 HOMER CLARK land note and mortgage. At her death, should she die without heirs, the above real estate to go to her two brothers, CHARLES WILLIS and MILTON RICHARDSON or their heirs. To my son ROBERT MILTON RICHARDSON, the COLLINSWORTH farm in the 4th Civil District of Crockett Co., containing 100 acres. The LEE COLE farm in the same district, containing 52 acres. The CRADDOCK farm located in the same district, containing 201 acres. Fifty shares of stock in the STRATTON-WARREN Hardware Co. of Memphis, TN. Five Western Union Telegraph Co. bonds $1000.00 each par value The GEORGE HALL land note and mortgage. The LEMAN GRAY land note and mortgage. The HERSCHEL PATTERSON land note and mortgage. The J. D. PORTER land note and mortgage. The automobile that I own at the time of my death. To my son CHARLES WILLIS RICHARDSON, The Gibson WELLS farms composed of three tracts containing 145 acres, 40 acres and 10 acres, located in Gibson Co., TN. The ROE THOMAS farm located in the 4th Civil District of Crockett Co., containing 76 acres. The SPRAGGINS farm located in the 3rd Civil District of Crockett Co., containing 30 acres. My one-half interest in the WALLIS farm in the same district, composed of two tracts, containing about 60 acres and 34 acres each. All of my stock in the Jackson Packing Co., of Jackson, TN, $1000.00 par value. The SCOT WARD place located in the 3rd Civil District of Crockett Co., containing about 2 acres. The storage house located at the west end of Main Street in Gadsden, TN, originally a garage. Fifteen shares of stock in the Merchants State Bank of Humboldt, TN, $10.00 per share par value. My interest in the Gadsden Gin Co. Partnership. My truck and all of my farming implements. Also miscellaneous notes as follows: JOHN LEE KEE $175.00, B. A. TATUM $65.50, W. T.
