WARREN, given all of estate Will contains a description of tracts of land, one of which contained 200 acres in the 11th Civil District of Crockett County, and was granted to ELI WARREN by the State of Tennessee, dated December 17, 1833. I direct that after my decease my relations and friends take charge of my body and dress in a plain and neat manner and deposit in a plain and neat coffin without any gorgeous show... Mentions: To my beloved wife, SUE C. WARREN, One fourth in valuation of my personal home place, containing of about one hundred and seven acres, One fourth or childs of all my Estate ... Also I give to free from the control of my Executor, the personal property she owned at the time of our marriage. Also all the bedclothing and needle work made by her during our marriage relationship. To son, H. G. WARREN, One fourth of the valuation of my present home tract of land, also one fourth of the possessions of my Estate..., this in addition to what I have heretofore given him. To son, DAVID P. FANNIE WARREN, a Homestead and Dower in my real estate consisting of 183 acres on my home place in District No. 11, Crockett County Tennessee... and all my personal property... and also one years support of food and clothing for herself and children. She having money of her own that I take no control, that she can have and control, and I think this an ample provision for my said wife... All this is given to her during her natural life or widowhood, after which, all this is to revert absolutely to my son called N. H. his full name is NEWTON HOWELL WARREN. To daughter, ILA WARREN, tract of land know as BOOTH LATHAM HALL & WARREN land comprising 270 acres lying in District No. 11, Crockett Co., Tenn... Also the sum of Two hundred and fifty dollars...
