DION LEVON BROWN

Jan. 5, 1920--June 2, 1999



Dion Levon Brown, 79, of Crossville,TN.,passed away June 2, 1999. Funeral 

services were held June 4,1999, from the chapel of Bilbrey Funeral Home, with 

burial in Slate Springs Cemetery. 

Bro. B.J. Brown officiated. 



He was born Jan. 5, 1920 in Bledsoe County, TN, the son of Tom and Mary Greer 

Brown.

Mr. Brown was a factory worker at General Processing, and he was of the Baptist 

faith. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army, serving in World War II. 



Survivors include his wife, Eliza Elmore Brown of Crossville,TN.; son, Jimmy 

Brown of Crossville,TN.; daughter, Mary Brown Gunter of Crossville,TN.; five 

grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. 



He was preceded in death by his son, David Brown.

Pallbearers were Jim Brown, Donnie Brown, Earnie Brown, Tom Brown, Bill Marsh 

and Jack Marsh.

Bilbrey Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
