Lonnie Eugene Barnes

Lonnie Eugene Geno Barnes,  61,  of Radnor,  OH,  formerly of Crossville,
passed away April 6,  1998. 

Funeral services for Lonnie Eugene Geno Barnes were held April 9 from the
chapel of Bilbrey Funeral Home,  with burial in Woody Cemetery. Mr. Barnes was
born Dec.  26,  1936 in Cumberland County,  the son of Clarence Lee Barnes and
Geneva Emery Barnes. 

He was a die setter for Amana in Delaware,  OH,  and member of the Church of
God.  He was also a member of the American Legion,  Eagle Lodge and Moose
Lodge of Delaware,  OH.  

Survivors include his son,  Alan Barnes of Radnor,  OH; daughters and sons-in-
law,  Cynthia and Earl Johnson of New Bloomington,  OH,  Amanda and Kevin
Turner of Marion,  OH,  and Rebecca and Tom Galati of Sunbury,  OH; six
grandsons; one granddaughter; sisters,  Kathleen Hall of Crossville,  Della
O'Quinn of Hillard,  FL,  Betty Campbell of Crossville; Margaret Green of
Winchester,  TN,  and Janice McClelland of Beckley,  WV; and brothers,
Clarence Lee Barnes Jr.  of Muncie,  IN,  and Willard Douglas Barnes,  Dennis
Barnes and Frederick Barnes,  all of Crossville.  

Bro.  Gary Emery officiated,  with special music by Rusty and Janet Emery.
Pallbearers were Gerald Campbell,  Joe O'Quinn,  Roger McClelland,  Kevin
Turner,  Eric Applegate,  Earl Johnson,  Kenneth Applegate and Joseph O'Quinn.
The family requests that memorials be made to Hospice at Grady,  561 W.
Central Ave. ,  Delaware,  OH 43015.
