REDITH OKLE DAVIS

Nov. 12, 1910--Aug. 3, 2001



Redith Okle "Oakie" Davis, 90, of Crossville,TN., passed away Aug. 3, 2001. 

Funeral services were conducted Aug. 6,2001, from the chapel of Bilbrey Funeral 

Home, with burial in Doyle Cemetery. Bro. Eliot Roberts officiated, with 

special music by the Troyer Family.

Mrs. Davis was born Nov. 12, 1910, in Warren County, TN, the daughter of Isaac 

and Blanch Huntley Hobbs.

She was a homemaker, and of the Baptist faith.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Dallas Davis Sr.; and son, Dallas 

Davis Jr.

Survivors include her daughter, Shirley Ann Davis of Crossville,TN.; grandson, 

Bobby Davis of Crossville,TN.; granddaughter, Brenda Rector of Crossville,TN.; 

three great-grandchildren, Stephanie Keener, Kim Dixon and Jason Davis; and one 

great-great-grandson, Perry James Dixon.



Pallbearers were Jamie Dixon, Gary Bryant, Brian Brown, Jimmie Keener, Dale 

Penticuff, Chris Wilson, Ted Brown and Hoss Phillips.

Bilbrey Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
