Funeral services were conducted April 25,2000, at Crossville Memorial 
Funeral Home, for Effie Novela Dodson, 81, of Crossville,TN., who 
passed away April 22, 2000, in Wharton Nursing Home in Pleasant 
Hill,TN.
Burial in Green Acres Memory Gardens. Pastor Dr. James A. Lee 
and Bill Smith officiated.
Pallbearers were James Smith, Joe Elmore, Jess Beaty, Bob Stults, 
Carl Smith and Kenny Dodson.
Mrs. Dodson was born on Jan. 10, 1919, in Todd Town, TN. 
She was a homemaker.
Survivors include her daughters, Shirley Smith of Crossville,TN., and 
Reba Qualls of Cleveland, TN; sons, Harold Dodson of Pleasant Hill, 
Buster Dodson of Crossville,TN., and Thomas Dodson of Indianapolis, 
IN; 15 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
Crossville Memorial Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
