Raymond David Knox, 64, of Deep Draw Road, Crossville,TN., passed 
away Dec. 26, 1997 in Vencor Hospital in Chattanooga,TN.
Funeral services were held Dec. 28,1997, from the chapel of Bilbrey 
Funeral Home, with burial in Harris Cemetery.
Dr. Dan D. Haskins Jr. officiated.
Pallbearers were grandsons and nephews, Allan Knox, Kevin Knox, 
Todd Gentry, Jimmy Hill, Alan Hill and Randall Reagan.
He was born Oct. 9, 1933 in Cumberland County, TN., the son of Crockett 
and Jessie Garrison Knox. 
Mr. Knox was in maintenance at Crossville Rubber Company.
Survivors include his wife, Jean Monday Knox of Crossville,TN., daughters, 
Connie Davis of Crossville,TN., Ruth Griffith of McMinnville,TN., and Faye 
Randolph of Sevierville,TN., sons, J.D. Knox of Sweetwater, TN, Mike Knox 
of Smyrna, TN, Donnie Knox of Crossville,TN., and Ricky Knox of 
Murfreesboro,TN., 12 grandchildren; and sisters, Gladys Pendergrass 
and Agnes Hall, both of Crossville,TN., Mary Conatser of Decatur, AL, 
Jewell Hill of Lawrenceville, GA, and Alice Brown of Loganville, GA.
Bilbrey Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
