Mary Auda Newberry

April 30, 1921 - Oct. 24, 2001



Mary Auda Newberry, 80, of Crossville,TN., passed away Oct. 24, 2001. 

Funeral services were held Oct. 26.,2001.

Music was provided by Crossville Memorial Funeral Home & Crematory Inc.

Mrs. Newberry was born April 30, 1921, in Overton County, TN, the daughter of 

Floyd and Nannie Richardson Taylor. 

She was a homemaker, and a member of the 127 South Church of Christ.



She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Nelson Taylor, Odus Taylor 

and Osville Taylor, and sisters, Margie Taylor and Nora Carter.



Survivors include her son, James Newberry of Crossville,TN.; daughters, Sue 

Meadows of Knoxville,TN., and Gerri Matthews of Crossville,TN.; seven 

grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; brother, A.G. Taylor of North 

Ridgeville, OH; and sisters, L.V. Johnson of Crossville,TN., and Ethel Ringley 

of Alpine, TN.



Pallbearers were Bryan Brewer, Andrew Newberry, Tony Shubert, Jimmy Wilson, 

David Rollins and Tom Matthews.

Crossville Memorial Funeral Home & Crematory Inc. was in charge of the 

arrangements.
