Hazel Pugh, 79, of Crab Orchard, TN. passed away Jan. 18,1997. Funeral 
services were conducted Jan. 20,1997 from the chapel of Bilbrey Funeral Home 
with interment at Haley's Grove Cemetery.  Bro. Chester Dodson officiated with 
special music by John Pugh, Terry and Kathy Bear. 
Pallbearers were Tim Pugh, Brian and Wayne Melton, Junior Kilby, Moe Stephens 
and Dale Perdue. Mrs. Pugh was born July 18, 1917 in Cumberland County to Burl 
and Della Carter Kilby. Mrs.Pugh was a homemaker and member of the Church of 
Christ. 
She was preceded in death by her husbands, Hugh Melton and Carl Pugh, 
grandson, Michael Melton; brother, Arnold Kilby; sisters, Lizzie Van, Rennie 
Kilby and Venie Kilby.
Survivors include her sons, Kenneth Melton, Verlon Melton, Herman Pugh, and 
Junior Pugh, all of Crab Orchard; six grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; 
and brother, Clyde Kilby of Crossville. 
Bilbrey Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
