Stancle Allen Reed, 59, of Woody, passed away Feb. 28, 1997, 
Funeral services were conducted Sunday, March 2,1997, from 
the chapel of Bilbrey Funeral Home, with interment at Green Acres 
Memory Gardens. Bro. Dave McGammon officiated with special 
music by Belinda Robbins, Dale Walker, Martha McGammon, Irene 
Peterson and Felicia Gunter.
Pallbearers were Richard Johnson, Darrell Beaty, Homer Taylor, 
Jimmy Gunter, Jerry DeRossett, Jeff Taylor, Burr Swallows, Clyde 
Taylor and Clifford Bristow.
Mr. Reed was born June 20, 1937 to Richard and Nannie Sherrill 
Reed. 
He was a truck driver and member of Calvary Baptist Church. 
He was a U.S. Army veteran of the Vietnam War.
Survivors include his wife, Reba Russell Reed of Crossville,TN., sons, 
Timmy and Kevin Reed, both of Ohio; mother, Nannie Reed Morris of 
Crossville,TN., sisters, Nell West, Ethel Houston and Thelma Jean Patton, 
all of Crossville,TN., brothers, Emmitt Reed and Joe Reed, both of 
Crossville,TN., and Roger Reed of Cookeville,TN., and several nieces 
and nephews.
Bilbrey Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
