Funeral services were conducted on April 19,2000, from 
the chapel of Bilbrey Funeral Home for Evelyn A. Sherrill, 
71, of Crossville,TN., who passed away April 17, 2000 in 
Cumberland Medical Center.
Burial was in Crossville City Cemetery. John Lambotte and 
Robert Synan officiated, with special music by friends.
Pallbearers were Jonathan Williams, Mark Sherrill, Mickey 
Williams, Ben Pierson, Frank Blackstone and Roy Bowers.
Ms. Sherrill was born on May 28, 1928, in Bledsoe County, 
TN, the daughter of Truman and Hazel Kerley Sherrill. 
She was a bakery factory worker, and was of the Protestant 
faith.
Survivors include brothers and sisters-in-law, Charles and 
Elsie Sherrill of Clarksville, TN, and Ira L. and Iris Sherrill of 
Crossville,TN; sisters and brothers-in-law, Opal and Ben 
Pierson of Farnham, VA, Mary and Stewart Shadler of Front 
Royal, VA, and Naomi and Mickey Williams of Culpepper, 
VA; uncles, Leonard Kerley of Pikeville, TN, and Ulysses 
Kerley and Oscar Kerley, both of Crossville,TN.; aunt, Wilma 
Sherrill of Crossville,TN.; and many nieces and nephews.
Bilbrey Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
