Funeral services were conducted Dec.18,2002, from the chapel of Bilbrey 
Funeral Home, for Lillie Maude Sherrill, 86, of Crossville,TN.,who passed 
away Dec.15, 2002.  
Burial in Linary Cemetery. Bro. Wade Webster officiated.
Pallbearers were Mrs. Sherrill's grandsons, Mario Vanette, Tony Sherrill, 
Gregory Sherrill, Scott Hale, Bryan Sherrill, James Rector, Jerry Reagan 
and J.D. Rector.
Mrs. Sherrill was born March 9, 1916, in Cumberland County,TN., the 
daughter of Charles and Lou Houston Bristow. 
She was a cook, and was a member of the Church of Christ.
Survivors include her sons, Donald Sherrill, Dexter Sherrill, Waymon Sherrill 
and David Sherrill, all of Crossville,TN., daughters, Elizabeth Manning, 
Jeannett Hale, Mary Lou Rector, Martha Reagan and Margaret Hayward, 
all of Crossville,TN., and Muriel Vanette of Nashville,TN., 38 grandchildren; 
60 great-grandchildren; seven great-great-grandchildren; and sister, Kate 
Durham of Ohio.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Vance Sherrill; sons, Jud, Jim, 
Frank, Fred and Earl Sherrill; and daughter, Marilyn.
Bilbrey Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
