Funeral services were conducted Oct. 6,2003, from the chapel of Evans 
Mortuary, with graveside services and interment following at Dogwood 
Cemetery in the Dogwood community of Cumberland County.TN., for 
Dorothy Louise Sherrill, 90, of Spring City,TN., who passed away Oct. 3, 2003.
Pastor Timothy Wilson officiated.
Mrs. Sherrill was a member of the First United Pentecostal Church in 
Rockwood,TN.
She lived most of her life in the Ozone community. She retired from Young 
Packing Company, Noblesville, IN, after 17 years of service. 
Following her retirement, she returned to her home in Ozone. For the past 
two years, she has resided with her daughter in Spring City.TN.
Survivors include her sons and daughters-in-law, Clarence Fred and Pauline 
Sherrill of Noblesville, IN, James A. Sherrill and Charles Crave and Kris 
Sherrill of Ringgold, GA; daughters and sons-in-law, Mary Lou and Don Green 
of Spring City, TN.,Yvonne Marie and Walter Norman of Jasper,TN., Patricia 
Dean and Garo Swicegood of Crossville,TN., and Elizabeth Ann and Tom 
Couse of Spring City,TN., 24 beloved grandchildren; 42 great-grandchildren; 
four great-great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Fred H. Sherrill; sons, Carl Glen 
Sherrill and Kenneth Vaughn Sherrill; daughter, Pamela Dawn Sherrill; parents, 
Charlie and Lou Ella Hayes Abston; and several brothers and sisters.
Evans Mortuary of Rockwood was in charge of the arrangements
