Funeral services were held Oct. 29, 2001, for Eston J. Stone, 71, 
of Crossville,TN., who passed away Oct. 27, 2001.
Minister Rudy Oakes officiating and with burial in Akins Cemetery.
He was born Jan. 15, 1930 in Cumberland County, TN., the son of 
James and Millie Smith Stone.
Mr. Stone was a U.S. Army veteran and a farmer.
He is survived by his wife, Jean Stone; brother Robert Stone; 
and sisters Mary Lou Woody, Marie Fields, Pearl Selby and Eliza 
Fields, all of Cumberland County,TN.
Mr. Stone was preceded in death by his parents; brothers Harmon 
Stone and Virgil Stone; and sisters Lila Hedgecoth and Carrie 
Burgess.
Crossville Memorial Funeral Home and Crematory was in charge 
of the arrangements.
