Nora Angie Turner, 88, of Crab Orchard, passed away Nov. 2, 1996,Funeral 
services  were conducted at 10 a.m. Nov. 4,1996, from the Chapel of Bilbrey 
Funeral Home with interment at Haley's Grove Cemetery. Bro. Terry Bear and 
Bro. Dennis Daniels officiated with special music by Jimmy Turner. Pallbearers 
were Mrs. Turner's grandsons. She was a housewife and a member of Crab Orchard 
Church of God of Prophecy.  
Mrs.Nora Turner was born June 2, 1908 in Cumberland County to Sam and Sarah 
Ann Cox Sherrill. Survivors include her daughters, Marie Binette, Opal 
Stooksbury, Jewelene Smith, all of Crossville; sons, Lester Turner and Roy W. 
Turner, both of Crab Orchard; twenty grandchildren; twenty-eight great 
grandchildren; five great great grandchildren; and special nieces and nephews. 
Bilbrey Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
