Pierce, bpierce@cirea.com Location: Southern Davidson County, on Saddlewood Lane one-half mile from the intersection of Cloverland Drive and Saddlewood Lane. Cemetery is 70 feet of East of Saddlewood with a rock fence surrounding. The following is from Turner Williams' will, dated January 13, 1880: "The grave yard at the north west corner of my tract of land on which I now reside and where is buried farther and mother and my first beloved wife and my children I devise in trust to my sons James S. and John C. Williams (including about a quarter of an acre enclosed by a stone wall) to be held and used as a family burying ground forever. And I intend truly to confer on them or the longer liver of them, the power to so dispose of the ground by will, as to perpetuate said use and care as long as may be possible and it is my request to my said beloved sons that they shall carry out my wishes in regard to said graveyard."
