Burns, 83, of New Milford A funeral for Nora c. (Spence) Burns, 83, widow of John F. Burns, of New Milford, Pa., formerly of Phoenixville, will be 9:15 a.m. Thursday at Devlin- Rosmos-Kepp Funeral Home, Main Street and Fourth Avenue, Phoenixville. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Thursday in St. Mary of Assumption Church, Dayton and St. Mary’s streets, Phoenixville. Burial will be in St. Mary’s Black Rock Cemetery, Phoenixville. Friends my (sic) call at the funeral home from 8:15 to 9:15 a.m. Thursday. Born in Nashville, Tenn., she was a daughter of the late James and Molly (Burns) Spence. She resided in New Milford the past year and previously resided on High Street in Phoenixville. She was a member of St. Mary of the Assumption Church. Surviving are two sons, John F. Burns, Jr., of Arkansas, and Joseph W. Burns of New Milford, three daughters, Theresa, wife of Gerald Raggazzino, of New Milford, Mary Emma, wife of George Famous, of Phoenixville, and Anita, wife of Allen Hoffman, of Montrose, Pa.; two brothers, James and Joseph Spence of Nashville; three sisters, Mary, Louise and Margaret, all of Nashville, nine grandchildren and four great-grand children.
