Death of a Noble Woman

   Mr. W. H. Donegan showed us a telegram, to-day, announcing the death of 

Mrs. Andrew Erwin, formerly Mrs. Jas. W. Camp, in Nashville, Tenn., last week, 

of pneumonia.  Mrs. Erwin is, doubtless remembered by many people in Madison 

County, for her Christian virtues, and her generous and refined hospitality.  

Confederate soldiers will bless her memory for her many kind and considerate 

attentions.  We cherish our memory, of her as a very dear friend, and heartily 

sympathize with her relatives in their sad bereavement.
