my hands as Administrator.

64 land notes made by Edith Cummings to
     Franklin & McPhail 15.00 each $9.60                     430.-
     One half Interest in a farm
126 Acres belonging to Franklin & McPhail Value 400          200.-
     One half interest
     in a town lot belonging to F.C. Franklin &
     R. Huellebrandt    Value @ $120-                         60.-
4 land Notes made by J. W. Adkisson & McPhail
     3 at 5.00      1 @ 8.00  =  $23.00                       11.50
