Grizzard Davidson County, TN Minute Book 10, page 478 I Martha A. Grizzard of Nashville, TN do hereby make and publish this my last will and testament, hereby revoking and making void all former wills by me at any time made. I I desire that my executor, as soon after my death as practicable, shall sell all of the property, real personal and mixed of every kind and description (except wearing apparel), of which I may die seized and possessed, upon such terms as he may deem for the best interests of my estate. II Out of the proceeds arising from the sale of said property as herein directed, it is my desire that all my just debts be first paid. III I will and devise unto my daughter Mary E. Greer, wife of N. H. Greer of Loudoun, TN the sum of Fifty Dollars ($50.00). IV It is my will that the remainder of my said estate be equally divided between my five children, namely; the said Mary E. Greer, Ella N. Barr, wife of W. H. Barr of Seattle, Washington State, William Grizzard of Nashville, Tennessee, Edna Fletcher and Susan Goddard. But is my desire that the bequest to Ella N. Barr shall revert to my estate in the event that she should die before coming into possession of same. V I have this day placed in the hands of W. H. Fletcher one hundred and fifty dollars ($150.00), and it is my will that the said W. H. Fletcher shall hold said sum as Trustee for my son William Grizzard, and on the death of the said William Grizzard, it is my desire that the said sum, or so much thereof as may be necessary, shall be expended in defraying his funeral expenses, any residue to be paid to his family. VI I hereby appoint W. H. Fletcher of Nashville, TN as the executor of this my last will and testament. In witness whereof, I have signed and sealed and published and declared this instrument as my last will, done at Nashville Tennessee October 17, 1905.
