Stephens, March 1890 ----¤¤¤---- Will of John Stephens Davidson County Will Book 30, Page 538 I John D Stephens Do Make and publish this as my last Will and testament. Hereby revoking and making void all other Wills by me at anytime made, First, I give and bequeath to my Wife Jane Stephens all my realty and personal property during her life. Secondly I give and bequeath to my Son George W Stephens, after my Wife Jane Stephens Death, all the Realty that I am now possessed of. If being a tract of Land Containing (37) Thirty Seven Acres, more or less. The Same lying on the waters of Overalls Creek on the 12' Civil District of Davidson County, State of Tennessee. Thirdly I give and bequeath all of my Personal property that my Wife Jane Stephens may be possessed off at her death, to be equally divided between my three (3) daughters Sarah Garland, Melvina Nall, Mary Hudson, and my Son JJ Stephens. Lastly I do hereby nominate and appoint my Son George W Stephens my Executor. In Witness Whereoff I do to this my Will Set my hand and Seal. This the day of March 1890.
