Fisher This indenture made and entered into this eighth day of November 1859 between William Prichard and Polly Pritchard his wife James Mcmurry and his wife Catherine Mcmurry Sam Warden Joseph J. Sharp and his wife Elizabeth Sharp and Frances C. Warden of the County of Decatur and State of Tennessee of the first part and Martin J. Fisher of the same County and state witnesseth that the said Parties of the first part have this day bargained Sold conveyed aliened and conferred unto the said Martin J. Fisher of the second part for and in consideration of the sum of two thousand Dollars to them in hand paid the Receipt Whereof has been and is hereby acknowledged the following Described tracts of Land Situate lying and being in the County of Decatur and State of Tennessee. ...
