Hearrington We Dutton Hill and Jane Dorherty have this day Bargained Sold and do hereby Transfer and Convey to J.W. Hearrington his heirs assigns for ever for the consideration of the Sum of one hundred and fifty dollars to them In handpaid a Grant of Land in the State of --- County of Decatur and District No. 12 Containing by Estimation one hundred acres and bounded As follows. Beginning at a white oak with white oak and chestnut and poplar pointing N.E.C of a Tract land in the name of Wade Hale Thence South 109 1/2 poles to a Blackgum thence East 146 poles to a Double White Oak and a Tract of land in the name of Joseph Thomas Thence North 109 1/2 poles to the Stark Entry thence west 146 poles to The beginning to have and to hold the same to the said J.W. Hearington his heirs and assigns forever We do Covenant with said J.W.Hearrington that we are lawfully seized of said land and Have a good right Convey it and that the Same is unimcumbered. We do further Covenant and bind ourselves our heirs and Lawful representatives to warrant and forever defend the Title to the Said Land and Every part thereof to the said J.W.
