Dutton Hill to Martha A Evans
I, Dutton Hill for the love and affection I Entertain for Martha A Evans
Daughter of Dutton Hill do hereby give transfer and Convey to her a tract
of Land in Decatur County Tennessee District no 12 Containing by 
Estimation one hundred and twenty five acres more or less and bounded as 
follows beginning on a poplar the west Boundary line of an Entry in the 
name of Johnathan Lassiter one hundred and fifty acres Runs East with 
the Broadies ferry thence to the East Boundry line of the Same thence 
North with Said line to the north west corner of an Entry in the name of 
Wood Hale thence East 50 poles to a Small White oak thence north to the 
conditional line between D Hill and S W Riggs thence west with Said to 
the west boundry thence South with said line to the Beginning to have and 
to hold the Same to the Said Martha A. Evans and her bodily heirs forever 
I Covenant and agree for my Self and heirs to Warrant and defend the title 
to the Said Land to the Said Martha A Evans and her boddily heirs forever 
against the Lawful claims of all persons whatever this November the 16th 
1871

State of Tennessee} Personally appered before me John McMillan Clerk of the
Decatur County    } county court of Said county Dutton Hill the bargainer
with whom I am Personally acquainted who acknowledges the Execution of the
foregoing Deed to be his act and Deed for the purposes therein contained
on the day it bares date given under my hand at office the 17th Januy 1872

Decatur County     }  A M then was the foregoing Deed duly Recorded in
Record Book no 6 on page 464 &5  noted in note Book D on page 46 and was
