Riggs and Margarett J. Riggs and their heirs for ever for the consideration of four hundred Dollars to me in hand paid a tract of land in the State of Tennessee Decatur County and District No 12, Containing by Estimation one hundred Acres more or less and Bounded as follows (v) Begining at the North East Corner of an Entry in the name of Dutton Hill for 38 acres Runs East 190 poles to the East boundry line of an Entry in the name of Dutton Hill for 103 Acres, thence north with the Said line to the west boundry line of a 177 Acre Survey in the name of Thomas Bowen's line thence South with Said Bowen's line to the Begining to have and to hold the Same to the Said S.W. Riggs and Margarett J. Riggs their heirs and assigns for ever. I do covenant with the Said S.W. Riggs and Margarett their heirs &c that I am Lawfully Seized of Said Land have a good right to Convey it and that the Same is unemcumbered. I do further covenant and bind my Self my heirs and representatives to warrant and forever defend the title of the Same Land and Every Part there of to the Said S.W. Riggs and Margarett J.
