Dutton Hill to W.D. Fullerton
Know all men by these presents that I Dutton Hill of the County of 
Decatur and State of Tennessee have this day bargained and Sold and do 
hereby Transfer and convey unto William D. Fullerton of the County and 
State aforesaid for and in consideration of Two Hundred Dollars to me in 
hand paid a certain tract or parcel of land in the State of Tennessee 
County of Decatur on the waters of Cub Creek in Range Seven and Section 
Eleven Beginning at the S.E. Corner of Two hundred acres in the name of 
Effa Harris Runs west Two hundred poles to a Dogwood, and pointers then 
South one hundred and Seventy two poles to a gum and pointers thence East 
Two hundred and Eighty poles to a Stake and Beech pointers thence North 
Two Hundred & Twelve poles to a Chestnut and pointers thence west Eighty 
poles to a gum and pointers thence South forty poles to the Beginning  To 
have and to hold the above described tract of or parcel of Land to the 
Said William D. Fullerton his heirs and assigns forever, and I do Covenant 
with the Said William D. Fullerton that I am lawfully Seized of Said Land 
have a good Right to Convey it and that the Same is unemcumbered and that 
I do hereby agree and bind myself my heirs and Legal Representatives to 
warrant and forever defend the title to the above described Tract of land 
against the lawfull Claims of all persons Whatsoever  In witness whereof 
I have hereunto affixed my hand and Seal this tenth day of March 1857

Decatur County    }  Personally appeared before me M.J. Fisher Clerk of 
the County Court of Said County Dutton Hill the bargainer with whom I am
personally acquainted and acknowledged that he Executed the foregoing deed
for the purposes therein Contained on the day it bears date  Witness my
hand at office this 10th day of March 1857

Decatur County    }  Registers office  March 10th at 10 Oclock then was 
the foregoing deed the Clerks Certificate and this Certificate all duly 
Recorded in Book No 4 page 345 & 346 and noted in Note Book B page 6
