Harrington and on the South by Nancy P. Henson. To have and to hold the same to Said Alfred Brinkley his heirs and assigns forever we do covenant with the Said Alfred Brinkley that we are lawfully Seized of Said land have a good Right to convey it and that the Same is unencumbered. We do further covenant and bind our Selves and heirs title to the Said land and every part thereof to the Said Alfred Brinkley his heirs and assigns against the lawful claims of all persons Whatever this the 12th day of March 1877 Attest James W.
