AVERITTE PRESNTMENT for RETAILING WITHOUT TAKING the OATH PRESCRIBED by LAW. The Attny General comes on the part of the STATE, and with the assent of the Court, enters a nola pro--ger? in this case. The defendents assuming the payment of all such costs as they would be bound for in care of this connection. And there came into Court with defendents. S. P. JONES, and acknowledged himself the surety of the same SOUTHERN & EVERITTE, for the payment of the cost aforesaid. It is therefore considered by the Court that the STATE recover Juristly against the same SOUTHERN, AVERETTE and JONES, costs aforesaid.
