W. BROWN; W. T. BONNER; Pleasant WOOD; C. ROBERT; I. MURBORN; H. MILLER; I. WRIGHT; H. M. PUTMON; Kimbrough JONES; I. S. FLIPPEN; F. McCLARAN and Jesse BOUNDS, who being elected, tried, and sworn, shall and truly, to try the issues, joined and a true verdict and under, according to the evidence upon their oath, do say the defendants are not guilty in manner and form as charged in the bill of indictment. It is therefore commanded by the Court that the defendants go hence, without delay.
