Wylie, who is buried in Freestone Co, TX and one of the many Adam Wylie's of Chester County, SC. Most of Adam's children left Chester County, passing thru Tennessee (documented in Shelby and Fayette Counties) before arriving in Texas. I am trying to determine WHICH Adam Wylie, where he was born, and why he would purchase land in West Tennessee the year prior to his death in 1845. Please contact me if you have information.
