Insolvent Notice

"The insolvency of the estate of W.  N.  Mason,  deceased,  having been
suggested before the Clerk of the County Court of Fayette County,  Tennessee:
It is ordered by the Clerk that publication be made in the 'Somerville Falcon'
for four successive weeks,  notifying all persons having claims against said
estate to file them with the Clerk,  duly authenticated as the law directs,
on or before the sixth day of July,  1868,  or the same will be barred.
