WILL OF SAMUEL W.MAGET

IN THE NAME OF GOD,AMEN, I,SAMUEL W.MAGET of the County of Fayette and State of
Tennessee do make and ordain this as my last will and testament in the manner
and form as follows: 

1ST-I wish that all my just debts to be paid out of what money may be in hand or
may hereafter come into the hands of my Executor.

2ND-I give and bequeath unto E.W.R.MAGET my three negroes VIZ; LOUISA, ISAM, and
MARY.

3RD-I wish my horse,house and furniture,plantation,tools and ___ sold.

4TH-I give and bequeath unto E.W.R.MAGET all the money that may be left after
paying my debts.

5TH-I appoint JOHN D.MAGET my executor to this my last will and testament.In
witness whereof I this day being duly appeased that I must die sooner or
later,affix my hand and seal this 13th day of July 1847. SAMUEL W. his X mark

STATE OF TENNESSEE FAYETTE COUNTY AUGUST TERM 1847.The following appeared of
Record Court met according to adjourment, present the Worshipful WILSON
C.LOVING, JOEL S.JONES, and THOMAS S.GREER,Esqrs.,Justices of the Peace in and
for said County,A paper purporting to be the last will and testament of SAMUEL
W.MAGET,was proven in open court.
