Additional Comments: This is an odd pair of deeds, and I only have one of them (the first one). It appears that this was a property transfer and no money changed hands. John Robinson and John Robertson are the same person here. This is the only appearance that I've seen so far of this John with the middle initial "H". --William Riley to John Robinson: a tract of land on the Elk River. 22 Dec 1817 (p19) NOV1818-APR1828 --John Robertson to William Riley: a tract of land on the Elk River. 22 Dec 1817 (pp367-368) AUG1815-SEP1826 File at: http://files.usgwarchives.net/tn/franklin/deeds/riley14gdd.txt This file has been created by a form at http://www.genrecords.org/tnfiles/ File size: 3.2 Kb
