Henderson recovered a judgement against Luckey for $94 plus costs on February 5, 1820. Byron Shores recovered a judgement against Luckey for $100 plus costs on February 5, 1820. Simmons recovered a judgement against Luckey for $85 plus interest & costs. Armstrong has gone Luckey's security for a stay of execution in all cases. One conveyed by Andrew Erwin; the other by Samuel Berry. The purchase from Erwin was a part of a tract of 5000 acres granted by the State of Tennessee to Henry Montfort No. 170 on the waters of the Boiling Fork of Elk River.
