Whiting Dear Sir In April 1806 John Fagg an old revolutionary Soldier departed this life having first obtained a Certificate authorizing him to draw a pension a few weeks before his death. He never drew anything upon said Certificate but died with the Certificate in his possession which was never used by his executors. He died leaving three children all being now dead but one. How can this one proceed to obtain the pension in otherwords is she being now a married woman entitled to a pension in right of her father. Please answer.
