Death of Hon. H.L. TURNEY - Ex-Senator Hopkins L. TURNEY, died very suddenly, of 
disease of the heart at Winchester, Tenn., on the 1st inst.  He died while in the 
act of walking from his office to his residence.  Mr. TURNEY was a lawyer and 
politician of more than ordinary reputation.  He has served his district in both 
branches of the State Legislature, in the U.S. House of representatives, and 
represented the State one term in the United States Senate.
