PISGAH MISSIONARY BAPTIST CEMETERY Located east of Idlewild, which is between Bradford and Milan, on the Mt. Pisgah Road. Church records state that a committee acquired land for this cemetery in the year 1908 and that it replaced the church's former burial ground, Crocker Cemetery. The oldest year of death I found was 1911, but there may have been burials previous to that at unmarked graves or with uninscribed tombstones. It also had a footmarker, but it had no writing either. There were saplings and many irises growing on the gravesite. Apology for errors is made now. This cemetery was documented by Adam D. McCartney on May 26, 1999. Some tombstones in the oldest part of the cemetery were difficult to read, so I wrote down what I could make out on them. It is inevitable that some of the information above is incorrect, but I used every caution in making it as accurate as possible.
