Carroll Be it remembered that on this day came on this cause for further hearing upon the Report of Clerk Master, which Report is unexcepted and in all things confirmed, when it appeared to the Court from said Report, that the Clerk and Master has taken proof to ascertain what the widow Elizabeth Carroll is entitled to as her dower interest in the proceeds of the sale of land in this case, and that she is entitled to one Sixth of the amount for which the land sold for her dower interest in the lands of John W. Carroll deceased, it further appeared that the other complainants and defendant are entitled each to one sixth as the heirs of the same. It is therefore ordered adjudged and decreed by the court that said Elizabeth Carroll after deducting the costs and attorneys fee in this case is entitled to one sixth of the whole amount for which the said land sold for her dower interest, that the Clerk and Master after retaining the costs of this suit pay over to Coldwell and Rains twenty five dollars for their services as attorneys in this cause, that he pay to said Elizabeth Carroll one sixth of the 1st payment and to Charles, W.J. and J.R. Carroll, Eliza Fleming and Mary E. Carroll each one sixth of the same, that he pay Mary E. Carroll’s share to her Guardian W. J.
