SEPTEMBER TERM, 1859

Charles Carrol, Administrator

State of Tennessee Gibson County

We Charles Carrol, Eli Boyett, J.R. Carrol, and B. Boyett are bound to the
State of Tennessee in the penalty of Five Hundred Dollars witness our hands
and seals this 5th day of September AD 1859.

The condition of this obligation is such that whereas the above bound Charles
Carrol has been appointed Administrator of the goods and chattels, rights and
credits of George W. Carroll deceased. Now if the said Chas Carroll shall
[well and truly ? ] perform all the duties which are or may be required of him
by law as such Administrator this obligation shall be void otherwise to remain
in full force and virtue.
