Item J #010. Guardian Records # 3, Gibson County, 1853-1860.

State of Tennessee. To the worshipful county court of Gibson County Tenn,
January 1855, the undersigned reports to court as guardian of the heirs of
Frances Nicks, rec'd of P.P. Johnson Estate the following negroes to wit: boy
James age about 13 years, woman Lyia aged about 30 years, boy Alfred about 6
years, boy aged about 4 years old, also rec'd for hire of negro woman Lyia for
1853(?) $70, also rec'd for hire of boy Jim 1854 $65, all of which is
respectfully submitted this 28th Dec, 1854.
