Deed Book Z, p 447 & 448 WW Penny to Deed A H Fitzgerald Registered Sept 26,
1867 Trenton Sept 26, 1867

For and in consideration of the sum of one hundred Dollars to me paid I hereby
transfer and convey to AH Fitzgerald the following Tract of land it being the
South east corner of my Tract the same on which I am now living bounded as
follows beginning on the Brownsville road at an oak bush in the land near
Where the Branch runs out of said piece of land and runs South west with said
road To Mrs Davis Dower interest where said Dower him Crosses the road then
South with her line To Grady Corner pole. Then east with Grady line pole To
Fitzgerald line & corner then North with said line To the Beginning containing
about ten acres more or less To have and to hold the same against the lawful
claims of all persons whatever in witness of same I now set my hand and seal
as per above consideration and date. WW Penny
