419 I William Penny do hereby Transfer and convey To John F Fitzgerald For six
hundred Dollars the following Tract of land in Civil district No7 & bounded as
follows Viz Beginning at a Poplar the South West Corner of a Tract of land of
182 Known as the James Penny Tract and runs thence South 100 ½ poles To an
Elm, Thence East 100 poles to a White Oak on Freemans West boundary line;
Thence North one hundred poles To a Stake and pointers To the South boundary
of Said 182 acre Tract of land; Thence West With said line of said land To the
beginning and I warrant the Title To the said land To the said John F
Fitzgerald against the lawful claims of all persons Whomsoever this 14 day of
