Trenton Jan 28th 1867

For and in Consideration of the sum of one Thousand Dollars To Me paid I
hereby Transfer and Convey To J C Hartsfield the following Described Tract of
land it being part of the Tract on which I have lived lying East of the
Brownsville road and commences in Said road & runs East 27 ½ Twenty Seven and
one half poles To a Stake and pointers then South one hundred and Thirty Two
poles To a Stake To Wade Corner Then West 80 odd poles To a Stake on Wade's
North boundary line To Go far enough West To Get fifty acres then North To
Said Brownsville road then Then with Said road To the beginning To be fifty
acres no more nor less To have and hold the same to said J C Hartsfield or his
heirs or assigns against the lawful claims of all persons Whatever in witness
of same I now sign my hand and seal.WW Penny
