January 12, 1827 WILLIAM W. LEA and wife, ELIZA A., Gibson Co., for $625, sold
to RICHARD WELCH, 250 acres on North Fork of Forked Deer River in surveyors
District 13, Range 4, Section 2, 3: "on the north side of the road leading
from Trenton to Buckners Bluff."  Witnesses WILLIAM D. LEWIS, GEORGE R.
CLAIBORNE. Registered in Gibson Co., October 1827.
