W. Harper, et al To Joseph B. Harper - Deed Registered Nov. 2nd 1869 Tennessee, Gibson County - Know all persons by these presents that we W. S. Harper, Samuel W. Harper, R. L. Harper, John P. Harper, & in consideration of the sum Seventy dollars paid S. W. Harper & W. S. Harper each sixty five to R. L. Harper one hundred & twenty to J. P. Harper do hereby sell and convey unto said J. B. Harper & his heirs all of our right title & claim in & to the following tract of land situated in the State of Tennessee Gibson County 18th Civil District & being the dower allotted to our Mother Jane L. Harper deceased & bounded as follows to wit: Beginning at a small black oak 33 poles East of the S. W. corner of a 172 acre tract conveyed by Anderson Davis to Samuel W. Harper & running East 93 poles to a stake & pointers; thence North 153 poles to a stake in a creek & pointers on the bank; thence with the meanderings of the creek upwards to a white oak the western bank of the creek one of the N. W. corners of the said 172 acres; thence South 3 1/2 degrees East 86 poles to the beginning including the Mansion House containing 90 acres and we warrant the title to our respective interest to said land to the said J.
