R. B. McGee



 



Know all men by these present that I W. H. Scrape heretofore bargained & sold

& quick claimed to R. McGee all the right title and interest I have or ever in

& to a certain lot or parcel of ground 



in Trenton, Tennessee. Being the northwest corner adjoining the depot grounds

in Trenton, Tennessee. Being the northwest corner of the ground not sold for

depot ground of the land ___ ally sold to Scrape, McGee & Butler by R. P.

Rainus being immediately on the north of the lot sold to Hollidy & now owned

by Caldwell & Hays.



Being frontage feet free on the depot ground and running back east over the

ordered feet & bounded north by Will Street & I hereby quick claim &

relinquish to said R. B. McGee & his assigns



all my right title & interest I have in to said lot of ground under my hand &

seal in Trenton, Tennessee the 26th day of November AD 1872. A lien being set

in on lot for two hundred & fifty dollars due me by McGee on said ground, that

being the consideration.

Personally appeared before me W.C. Holmes clerk of the county court of said

county, R. E. Grizzard  & R. B. McGee subscribing witness to the attached

deed, who being duly sworn, 



depose and say that they are personally acquainted with W. H. Scrape the

bargainer to said quick claim and that he acknowledged



before them that he executed the same for the purpose therein contained .

Witness my hand at office this 4th day of August AD
