State of Tennessee Gibson County

We W.W. McDowell, John D. McDowell & B.H. Sanderford are bound to the State of
Tennessee in the penalty  of Five hundred & fifty Doillars  Witness our hands
and seals this 2 day of May AD 1859

The condition of this obligation is such that whereas the above bound W.W.
McDowell has been appointed special Administrator.  Archelaus Keithley
deceased.  Now if the said W.W. McDowell shall well and timely perform all his
duties which are or may be required of him by law as such Administrator This
obligation shall be void otherwise to remain in full force and virtue.
