State Of Tennessee Gibson County. We Benjamin Elder, J.W. Elder and H.L. Elder are here to and firmly bound unto the State of Tennessee in the penal sum of One Thousand Dollars, for which payment will and truly to be made. We bind ourselves our heirs, executors and administrators jointly and ___ally firmly by these present, sealed with our seals and dated this 3rd day of January 1853. The condition of the above obligation is such that of the above bounded Benjamin Elder special administration of the goods and chattels rights and credits of Robert Elder Deceased do make or cause to be made a true and perfect inventory of all and singular the goods and chattels rights and credits of the said deceased which have on shall come to hands possession or knowledge of him the said Benjamin Elder, or into hands and possession of any other person or persons for him and the same as made do exhibit or cause to be exhibited to the next ____ court where orders for administration ______ and the same goods, chattels and credits of the said deceased in the time of his death on which at any time after shall come to the hands or possession of him the said Benjamin Elder or into the hands or possession of any other person or persons for him, do will and truly administrate according to ___ and further do make or cause to be made a true and just account of his said administration with in two years after the date of these present and all the rest and ______ of said goods and chattels and credits which shall be found remaining upon the said administrators account the same being first examined and allowed by the said County Court shall deliver and pay unto such person or persons respectively as the same shall Deed unto pursuant to law and if it shall appear that any last will and testament by the deceased and the executor or executors there in named do exhibit the same court making request to have it allowed and approved accordingly of the said Benjamin Elder above bound being there unto required do render and deliver the said letter of administration approved of such testament being first had and made the said court when this obligation to be void of none affect otherwise to remain in full force and ____erd .
